Heavenly Rose Garden: Energetic Arts For Sweetness And Clarity

This four-part course is designed to tune you like a beautiful instrument back to your unique frequency. Through energy work and intention we will move through four practices. We begin by journeying home to ourselves and exploring the unique essence that makes you so wonderful, followed by an aura cleansing practice to settle ourselves, we journey to the heavenly heart to deepen our true sense of love, and we end by grounding into the earth spirit flowing through us, inspired by the steady support of ancient trees. This journey is intended to be especially nourishing for those of us who identify as sensitives, or empaths allowing the steady beauty of these gifts to shine and harmonize.

Leçon 1: Returning Home

Today we will be reconnecting deep within ourselves, inviting in a sense of stability and calm within our own unique frequency. We will welcome our energy that feels scattered to return home to us, and allow any sense of distortion or disruption in the flow of our true sense of self to settle and smooth our essence with our gentle awareness.

Leçon 2: Aura Cleansing

Today we will tune in to the energetic space of ourselves. We can establish a sense of sanctuary and peace simply through our gentle intention and awareness. When we feel out of sorts we are simply not tuning in to the true flow of our own unique essence, and the greater electric current of life essence always running through us and supporting us.We do not have to continue to look ‘outside’ of ourselves for clarity and calm, we can simply shift and return within and then our ‘outside’ experience adapts, you are the force.

Leçon 3: Heavenly Heart

Today we will be exploring the tender yet powerful heart space. The unconditional love available through this portal transcends all time and space and seeming obstacles. This is not a sense of overwhelming love for everything all the time, although that is available, instead it is more an ethereal sense of lightness, of peace, pruning any illusions not allowing this energy to shine through the imagery of a beautiful rose garden.

Leçon 4: Earth Spirit

Today we complete our journey together by allowing all of this rich energy to settle into our sense of earth self, we will ground and connect with the true substance of this divine essence we have tuned into, allowing it to shimmer through us like nourishing dew drops. We will invite in the energy of ancient trees to support us in rooting down, while reaching lightly upwards and also remaining stable within our center of being.
