A meditation and relaxation energetic experience. This is a process to allow emotions to flow, to allow sensations in your body to flow, to find anything you are holding onto, and allowing it motion and release. It is great for anyone who feels stuck, who is healing anything physical and so emotional too. It is something I recommend regularly to begin feeling the energies of your being more. Transcript

Whatever you are going through and however you are feeling,

I hope this can be a space where you can relax and remember you are safe and you are held gently and lovingly.

Allowing yourself to rest and recuperate.

Just beginning to breathe gently in and out of your nostrils.

Relaxing your neck.

Then relaxing your hips and your thighs.

Relaxing your hands.

And as if you had wings,

You just begin to relax that area of your back.

And see what you feel as you do this.

Then relaxing and softening your face and jaw,

Like a baby,

Like a baby's face.

Just free and soft and relaxed.

And as you relax and soften and allow all of your emotions to flow and just be.

All of your feelings and sensations to just flow and just be.

It's like you are tuning in to something bigger,

Powerful,

Like an enlarged energy version of yourself.

An essence,

A sense.

Like a blanket of energy flowing and connecting everything together.

Connecting very gently now to your heart area.

Just breathing.

And as you soften your body more and more,

Releasing all of the tension,

You will begin to feel more and more.

And emotions or painful sensations may arise,

But when they do,

You then allow more space.

Allowing yourself and your energy to expand more.

And so feeling becomes less scary.

So just breathing and softening as you listen to my voice and these words.

Allowing this energy to hold you.

Allowing this connection to hold you.

What if everything is going to be okay?

What if you soften your shoulders and your neck a little more?

What if you just relax your hips a little more?

And as you do this,

Just allow and feel any energies continuing to arise.

Any pain or discomfort.

Any emotions.

Just breathing and feeling and expanding.

Tuning into how big your energy really can expand to.

It's all energy,

So just let it move.

Let it breathe and be.

And we are allowing space for all of our feelings.

For all of our experiences.

All of it.

Nothing is cast aside or left out.

Everything embraced.

Every energy allowed to move.

And what if there is nothing wrong with you or anything,

Anyone?

Just allowing the space for this possibility.

What if I am more than I have ever let myself experience and embrace before?

What if I am so much more than I have embodied so far?

What if who I really am is only just beginning to be free to shine through?

And what if that's okay?

What if the journey so far is okay?

What if I begin to gently embrace everything I've perceived to be a mistake or a regret?

What if it's all okay?

What if I give it all a gentle awareness from my heart?

Maybe I've been hiding parts of myself to make others more comfortable,

Dimming my light and making my energy small.

But that doesn't help me and it actually doesn't help anyone else either.

I help others by being my true energy,

My true self.

This inspires them without words and I feel more ease and flow than I have ever felt before.

Without thinking what I should do or shouldn't do or how I should be or shouldn't be or what people might think.

No more of that.

I relax now and know that I am held as my true self.

I relax into my true self.

And it might feel like sliding into a bath that's just a little too hot but still comfortable.

Remembering this energy,

My highest most expanded self,

The self I knew without words as a child.

And my energy was vast and free.

This powerful self beyond all.

So what if I can relax?

What if I can soften?

What if I am safe?

What if I am held?

What if I am safe here to relax and be held?

To be with my body.

To be in my body.

To commune with my body and with this world.

Just breathing and being here.

What if I don't need to fight myself or anyone?

What if there is another way?

A more powerful way.

Where I can be kind to myself.

Kind to my body.

And my body is here with me listening.

So I tell my body it's okay.

It's safe to relax.

Safe to heal.

Everything is your natural state,

Your natural way.

We don't have to fight anymore.

We don't have to pretend to be okay,

To hide our emotions.

Pretend to be happy when we don't feel it.

We can just be.

We can just soften and feel.

And doing that allows my true power to grow.

Allowing everything to just be.

That is true safety.

That is how this energy flows.

When I find silence and stillness and I just know.

Recovering and returning to this deep,

Deep knowing within of my connection to all.

Knowing I am safe.

I can relax and let myself be held.
