Venus Goddess Meditation

This meditation transports you to the fragrant rose gardens of Venus! Realign your chakras with a beautiful pink light, and make a love wish, a trippy and magical experience for the cosmic adventurer!

Transcript

Welcome to the Venus Goddess Meditation.

Let it all lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and begin to take a few slow deep breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Badass Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Your body begins to soften and relax.

Tension drains away and your muscles begin to unwind as your limbs start to feel heavy and relaxed.

Turn your attention to your inner world and imagine yourself now transported with your intention to the beautiful gardens of the planet Venus.

You are now sitting in a big beautiful garden.

This garden is full of roses,

Of all of your favorite shades and maybe colors and types you've never even seen before or could ever imagine on planet Earth.

There is a stream of water by you,

Gently flowing and the water is purple and pink.

It seems different to the water on Earth.

The air is balmy and the sky softly glows and something within you stirs and tells you that you are a goddess.

You are a goddess on Venus.

You have a magical body,

A spiritual body.

Here you can see that your chakras are portals,

Keys to your power.

As to your wishes and dreams,

Send them love now.

Send them light.

And we will begin now to energize them powerful energy there is,

Love.

The abundant energy of love on Venus.

You now see and feel a bright pink and white light glowing at your base chakra.

At the root of your being,

Feel this light growing here.

It begins to transform into a ruby red.

The richest red you can imagine.

It swells with this light,

Healing your fears,

Calming your insecurities and anger and doubt.

Let it grow and glow here.

And as it reaches its brightest,

Reddest point,

The light flows up now to your lower belly.

Feel it here for a moment.

The white and pink light now fills your second chakra.

And as it grows and glows and swells,

It begins to turn orange.

It begins to turn a beautiful sunset orange color.

Feel now how the light heals your emotions,

Soothes and balances your sensitivity,

Heightens your sensuality.

As it reaches its peak,

The light now flows up once more to just above your belly button.

Reaching your third chakra.

The white and pink lights around your third chakra,

Tapping into your power and you feel your confidence and security growing as the light transforms into a beautiful rich yellow.

The bright yellow of a full midday sun.

The light heals any part of you that thinks you cannot,

Any part broken by doubt.

You are vibrant and powerful.

As it reaches its peak,

The light now flows up to your heart chakra and swirls around.

The white pink light swirls around your chest and you feel your love for everyone,

For everything.

You feel it growing.

You feel the love for yourself.

Because you know that your heart,

Your love is unconditional and powerful.

This is your true nature.

The light transforms into a beautiful emerald green,

Swirling and glowing around your chest.

It begins to reach outwards naturally,

Sending unconditional love to all that is.

The light heals any part of your heart that is broken or damaged.

It heals any part of you that is scared and unwilling to forgive.

Your love is powerful.

Your love is unconditional.

This is who you really are.

The pink and white light now flows up to rest in your throat chakra.

And as it swirls around here,

It transforms into a beautiful sky blue on a sunny day.

You are able to speak openly,

To speak honestly and to speak with compassion and care.

You are patient.

You are understanding.

Your words have power and meaning.

As the light reaches its peak,

It flashes back to its pink and white color and it now flows up to your third eye.

Just between your eyebrows and glowing up a little.

This is the seat of your power and insight,

Creation and magic.

The light swirls now brightly and transforms into a beautiful indigo blue,

Mystical and ancient.

You are in tune with the whole universe.

You are breathtaking.

You have the ability to shape the world around you with the power of thought,

With the power of heart,

With your intention and the power within you.

It is easy for you to create because you are magical.

The light now flows up to the crown of your head.

This is your magical passageway,

In and out of the physical realm,

In and out of dimensions.

This chakra holds your connection to every living thing,

To every spirit,

To everything around you that you have created,

To everything within you and without.

The light swirls around the crown of your head and transforms into a beautiful violet color,

Surrounded and decorated by a glowing white light.

This light reaches out,

Touching everything in creation.

You begin to feel like you are a part of everyone and everything and they are a part of you.

You have the stars within you and the stars have you within them.

The light glows violet,

Then back to pink and then back to white,

Brighter and brighter.

It now grows and grows as you feel the energy grow,

As you allow it to grow.

The light bursts up out of you,

Connecting you to the divine,

Reaching out to the skies.

You are divine,

You are renewed and you are magical and beautiful.

Rest in this knowledge.

Feel it.

You now notice with your magical eyes the beautiful stream of water that is before you.

You reach out to touch the water.

It feels soft and almost like silk upon your fingers.

You notice that the bottom of the stream is lined with beautiful large rose quartz crystals.

They glow in the soft lighting,

Caressed by the water,

By the magic of Venus.

You reach out and pick one of the crystals.

You hold this crystal before you and bring it up to your now open and renewed and blessed heart chakra.

You feel the energy of this crystal.

How does it feel?

Is it light?

Does it tingle?

Can you feel the magic?

Your heart chakra effortlessly pours love into this crystal and you feel it vibrate and connect to you.

As you hold this magical crystal,

You can now make a wish for love,

Which the energies of Venus will grant for you and pour back down to you when you are back on Earth.

This wish can be anything.

It can be to love yourself more.

It can be for a love healing.

It can be for the healing of a relationship.

For the healing of yourself or someone you love.

For a blessing of love for you or someone you love.

You know that your love is your most powerful energy.

Make your wish now.

Speak this wish silently into your chosen crystal.

Fill this crystal with your wish.

You now place your crystal back at the bottom of the stream and the vibrations of your wish radiate out into the planet Venus,

Connecting to her power.

You feel love.

You feel full of joy.

Take a moment to rest here.

To breathe this in.

To smile softly and sweetly.

To smile with your whole body and being.

As you now look up to the Venus sky,

You see a beautiful red ribbon reaching down to you.

You gently clasp your fingers around it and as you do this,

A bright white light overtakes everything.

This light transports you peacefully and gently back to earth.

Bask now in the feelings that you have just encountered.

That you have just created.

Bask in the magic that you have just been a part of.

When you feel ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room around you and take a few deep,

Slow,

Revitalizing breaths.

Still feeling this love glowing within you.

You are a goddess.

You are a magical goddess of love.

At first it sounded a little too trippy to me, but I gave get a chance and it got better. I love the imagery, the focus on the chakras especially love, and the music. I love your imagination and the use of Venus. Oh, just one thing at the beginning when you are instructing us to breathe you say take slow deep breaths but then you say Breathe In and Out and it goes pretty quickly. But really that is all, overall this is so good -thanks again:-).
