Ruthie found her love of healing through yoga & meditation after struggling with Ulcerative Colitis since she was 15. After 8 surgeries, she is now living with an ileostomy bag, PICC line, & Crohn's Disease- continuing to heal on all levels. She uses meditation to practice acceptance and ease pain by awakening deep stillness- feeling whatever exists there. A common theme throughout her meditations is building curiosity toward pain in the body; using stillness and attention, we are able to communicate deeper with our bodies.

I like the simplicity of this one. The recording quality could be better. But it’s a helpful practice. 🙏

Really wonderful. Thankyou. Just a note that the 'opioid endemic' is what the government calls an introduced drug that is now to be withdrawn. Vilification. Opioids really allow some folks access to mobility and or rest. Thankyou

This is a number one recommendation by a fellow Crohn's patient aka myself. A "go to" meditation for any moment of any frustration I've been in. So grateful Ruthie for this one. It's helped me thru this trying first year diagnosed. thank you for being here and for this calming and accepting meditation🙏🏽❤️

This meditation is so powerful. I especially love the part about treating your body with respect instead of trying to control. A great reminder to allow the body to do what it can do.
