This is a guided meditation intended to provide space and awareness to heal headaches and migraines. I hope you're able to allow your mind to follow my words and feel some relief from the pain you're experiencing. *I recorded this a few years ago when I was still under the impression that 'namaste' was a kind way to end meditation/yoga sessions. I've since learned that 'namaste' has always been used as a greeting and so, I no longer use namaste, but instead a simple 'thank you'
