This meditation will act as a tool for you to use to help ease energy blocks in the digestive system intended for those suffering from ulcerative colitis Crohn's disease and IBS But can be used by whoever is listening Follow my cues and allow these positive visualizations and affirmations to sink into your body Allowing your body to heal on a deep level Return to this meditation whenever you may need and allow it to penetrate your subconscious in increasingly positive ways Sitting or laying in a comfortable position Straighten out your spine and release the shoulders down your back Allow your eyes to close and your chin to rest beneath the level of your forehead elongating the back of your neck Notice any thoughts you are having Thoughts of doubt or distraction Practice noticing these thoughts instead of allowing them to guide your actions Every time your mind gets distracted Acknowledge that fact and then gently guide your mind back to this moment back to the senses Consciously bringing awareness back to your breath back to this moment Relax your jaw and the space between your eyebrows See the air entering your nose And notice where the breath travels when it enters your body Notice if the air gets trapped in any area Or if it is unable to enter certain areas altogether Identify where the blocks exist in your body Visualize every pore on your skin breathing air in and out See the air as a healing mist as you allow it to fill up your body more and more with each breath Notice the quality of this ethereal mist of air entering your body the color the weight the texture How does this make your body feel?
