
Healing Mist To Ease Digestion (UC, Crohn's, IBS Relief)

This mediation will act as a tool for you to use to help ease energy blocks in the digestive system, intended for those suffering from Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's disease, and IBS, but it can be used by whoever is listening. Return to this meditation whenever you may need, allow it to penetrate your subconscious in increasingly positive ways. Namaste.

This meditation will act as a tool for you to use to help ease energy blocks in your digestive system.
Intended for those suffering from ulcerative colitis,
Crohn's disease,
And IBS,
But it can be used by whoever is listening.
Follow my cues and allow these positive visualizations and affirmations to sink into your body.
Allowing your body to heal on a deep internal level.
Return to this meditation whenever you may need.
Allow it to penetrate your subconscious in increasingly positive ways.
Sitting or laying in a comfortable position,
Straighten out your spine and release the shoulders down your back.
Allow the eyes to close and your chin to rest beneath the level of your forehead,
Elongating the back of your neck.
Notice any thoughts you're having.
Notice any thoughts of doubt or distraction.
Practicing noticing these thoughts instead of allowing them to guide your actions.
Every time your mind gets distracted,
Acknowledge that fact and then gently guide your mind back to this moment.
Back to the senses.
Back to the conscious awareness of your breath.
Back to my voice.
Relax your jaw and the space between the eyebrows.
Feel the whole forehead soften and expand.
See the air as it enters into your nose.
Notice where the breath travels as it enters your body.
Notice if the air gets trapped in any area or if it's unable to enter certain areas altogether.
Identify where the blocks exist in your body.
Notice every pore on your skin breathing air in and out.
See the air as a healing mist as you allow it to fill up your body more and more with each breath.
Notice the quality of this ethereal mist of air entering your body.
Notice the color,
The weight,
The texture.
How does this make your body feel?
Are certain areas of the body absorbing more than others?
Are certain body parts asking for more of this healing mist than others?
Let go of thinking.
Allow your body to answer these questions without the mind interfering.
Testing what bubbles up first,
Allowing everything to just be.
Let go a bit deeper.
Let the body become a bit heavier.
Let go of any tension in the face,
In the shoulders,
The arms,
And the hands.
Relax the ribs,
The belly,
And the pelvic floor.
Release any holding in the anus,
In the glutes,
In the thighs.
Let the legs soften a bit deeper and let both feet and each toe melt away.
Let yourself be and breathe.
Watch the healing mist within your belly take on a yellow hue.
Watch the yellow mist absorb into your intestines.
Watch it flow effortlessly through your digestive system,
Lifting any blocks with ease.
The healing yellow mist flooding your internal organs,
Alleviating any tightening or pain upon contact.
Let go of any fear.
Sit with any pain you're feeling,
Confronting the pain,
Confronting the fear.
Realize that everything is temporary.
Realize that any discomfort you feel shall pass.
Allow the discomfort to pass.
Let go.
Listen to the sounds of your digestion and feel the food moving through your intestines easily.
Feel your body absorbing the nutrients and discarding of anything you no longer need within you.
Realize how you feel when you don't have to worry about your digestion.
See and feel yourself having a painless bowel movement after eating a nutritious meal.
Feel release and ease in the stomach muscles.
Allow the food to nourish your body.
Trust that your body will work for your benefit.
Trust your body to take care of digestion.
Release any desire to interfere with your digestion.
Trust your body to do its job without any mistakes.
Each breath traveling to your belly,
Feeding the healing energy rotating through your system.
Now bring your attention to your pelvic floor and your anus.
Let the mist seep into these areas.
Your awareness here gives the muscles permission to release any remaining tension.
Visit with any feelings of trauma and pain existing here.
Feel the mist absorbing into your anus and spreading up through the rectum,
The coccyx and the sacrum,
Connecting to your intestines.
Feel your entire digestive system.
Feel your belly pulsing.
Watch all the work your body does for you without your interference.
Watch in wonder all the forces that keep your body running.
Remember that your body works perfectly on its own and sometimes the only thing that gets in the way of that is our minds.
Let your mind rest.
The mind which feels the responsibility to control everything.
Remind yourself that releasing the need to control is the single most important thing we can learn in this body.
Practice allowance.
Allow the pain to exist.
Accept the pain as portals of self-improvement.
Accept the discomfort as your teacher.
See and feel the blessings that come from physical pain and suffering.
Take the pain and send it on its way,
Making room for multi-dimensional love and health.
Reprogram yourself now with these lessons.
Allow them to sink in and meet with your deepest level of knowing,
Feeling them as truth.
Give deep thanks to your body for the gift of life.
Trust that you were meant to hear these words and messages or else you would not be hearing them.
Feel deeply grateful to be conscious in this beautiful life.
Thank yourself for having curiosity to heal yourself,
For taking the time to tune inward in this healing way.
Take a moment to feel these messages sink into your heart center.
Feel these messages within you,
Allowing for easy access back to the state of being whenever you may need.
See and feel the healing mist sinking into every cell in your body.
Remember that each time you return to this practice,
You will heal yourself in increasingly positive ways.
When you feel ready,
You may flutter your eyes open,
Welcoming a new sense of awareness around you.
Feeling revived and ready to continue your day,
Thinking and acting from this heart centered and healing space.

THANKYOU THANKYOU! Whenever I follow any of your digestion related meditations Iβm always able to hear gurgling and feel physical movement of fluids and good-good. I love how you encourage to be WITH the pain and not run from it, and the trust you also encourage us to have that our bodies will do whatβs needed to be done.
