Yeshe Rabgye is a Buddhist Monk. Originally from England, he now lives in Ashoka Buddhist Temple, Khuda Ali Sher, Northern India, where he teaches Buddhism and meditation classes to people of all ages. By practicing meditation we are able to tame the mind, release tension, build compassion, patience and generosity, analyze teachings or simply just stay present in the moment. I appreciate how this really is a guided meditation, and not a half talk half guide. There are actual moments of silence. Oddly some teachers feel the need to fill every moment of a meditation.
