Meet your Teacher

Karma Yeshe Rabgye is a Buddhist Monk from England. He teaches Mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, meditation and Sound Therapy in many countries around the world. Yeshe studied Buddhist Philosophy and meditation in a monastery in Nepal for 4 years and received a degree in Buddhist studies. He then went on to do years of retreat and tantric practices. He is a Monk in the Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Although he learned from the great Tibetan Buddhist masters, his Western background forced him to question some difficult elements of the teachings, in particular, to distinguish those teachings that were essential aspects of the path from those that were mere cultural embellishments. He is the author of four books on Buddhism, which stem from this questioning. He has a large world-wide following on social media.

In this session we will look at emotional vocabulary. Emotional vocabulary encompasses the array of terms and expressions that people employ to recognize, convey, and share their emotions. A diverse emotional vocabulary enables individuals to precisely identify and verbalize their feelings, fostering improved emotional control, self-understanding, interpersonal communication, and overall quality of life.
