Lección 1
Can Other People Make You Feel A Certain Way?
People often blame others for making them upset, frustrated, or angry. In today's lesson, we'll question whether anyone has the power to make you feel anything. Today you'll discover how you don't get upset at other people - you get upset at the stories you tell yourself about other people.
Lección 2
How Can You Spot A Story?
The first step to a loving relationship is to spot the story you have running about the other person. The easiest way to do this is to see whether you have a list of 'shoulds' and 'shouldn'ts'. If you believe in the stories you are telling yourself about another person then this will stop you from seeing them for who they truly are.
Lección 3
Have You Created A New Story Where You Are The Baddie?
One of the biggest mistakes you can make when you start to see through the stories you tell yourself about others is that you then make up a story about yourself. When you make up a story about yourself you can then become the 'baddie' and you start to blame yourself. This can mean that you allow behavior that is unacceptable.

Listening To Your Inner Compass
What is your Inner Compass? Today you'll start to discover what your Inner Compass feels like for you. Your Inner Compass is a constant, deep intuition that will nudge you in the direction of wellness and health. It's a relief to start listening to your Inner Compass and to start trusting the information it gives you.
Lección 5
If I Trust My Inner Compass Does That Mean I Should Accept Bad Behaviour?
When you start to trust your Inner Compass you'll notice that natural boundaries emerge for you. Listening to your Inner Compass doesn't mean you sit around and allow people to treat you badly. On the contrary, when you listen to your Inner Compass you'll see that you'll have more clarity around what is and isn't acceptable.
Lección 6
Connecting With People Beyond The Stories
It's inspiring to see someone for who they are ... to see someone beyond the stories. When you listen to your Inner Compass you'll discover the power of connecting to others heart to heart. This is when you can enjoy loving relationships easily. Trust your Inner Compass and enjoy loving, connected relationships.
