Lección 1
Realising Calm Is Innate
In this lesson we explore calm as an aspect of our innate wellbeing. In seeing that babies move towards joy and happiness from a place of calm, we will begin to see that is possible for us too. We will also consider that this innate calm is wonderful place from which to experience happiness, health and resilience.
Lección 2
Reconnecting With Childhood Happiness
In this lesson we will explore the distinguishing factors between calm and happiness. We will also learn that both are needed for a well-balanced and fulfilling life. You will be encouraged to rediscover the child-like sense of wonder and curiosity and move towards bringing more of that into your daily life.
Lección 3
Being Guided By Our Inner Compass
In this lesson we will begin to look at the guidance we receive from within and how that often gets supressed by the “am I allowed?” voice. We will start to tune on to our bodies and how they are always guiding us towards making authentic choices. This exploration will move us towards sovereign permission to pursue our passions and joys.
Lección 4
Quietening The Inner Critic
In this lesson we will begin to unmask the internal saboteur; the voice which tries to derail us from the path to joy. We will begin to recognise that self-sabotaging inner critic which can so easily stop us moving towards happiness and reclaim the permission to move step-by-step on our unique path to joy.
Lección 5
Seeing The Power Of “Yes” And "No"
In this lesson we will dive into the importance of both a clear inner ‘yes’ and a clear inner ‘no’ when moving towards happiness. We will explore the idea that, if we want to follow our inner guidance, we need some boundaries and how we can communicate those with compassion and love.
Lección 6
Redefining "Productivity"
In this lesson we will take apart some of the misconceptions about productivity. We will separate busyness from true productivity and explore how rest and joy are essential components of a sustainable and fulfilling life. We will begin to move away from the idea that other people know what is best for us and towards a clear alignment with our authentic selves.
Lección 7
Embarking On Your Journey To Joy
In our final lesson together, we will look at how we can get more joy and happiness into our every day lives. We will look at ways to identify what lights us up and explore small steps we can take to increase the occasions on which those things happen. We will look towards celebrating every small step we take and being compassionate to ourselves as we progress on this journey.
