Then, you'll be guided through a process-focused visualization to practice how you could use it in your everyday life.

Visualize A Positive Future
In today's lesson, we'll discuss outcome-focused visualization, which involves imagining a positive future outcome to help clarify your goals and provide you with a dose of inspiration. You'll then be guided through a visualization in which you imagine a positive future for yourself, imagining yourself living the life of your dreams.
Lección 4
Guided Imagery For Relaxation & Healing
In today's lesson, we'll discuss how guided imagery can be used to promote healing, relaxation, and emotional release. Then, you'll be guided through a visualization using healing imagery designed to help you relax, release tension, and tap into your body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.
Lección 5
Tap Into Your Inner Resources
In the final lesson of this course, we'll discuss a deeply empowering form of guided imagery known as resourcing imagery. This involves imagining certain people, places, or symbols that represent the resources or strengths you want to bring into your life. You'll then be guided through a meditation where you'll have the opportunity to meet your inner resources of wisdom and strength.
