Clearing Space Below The Waist
In this session, we’re continuing the journey of clearing physical space to support emotional clarity and calm. This time, we’ll focus on everything that lives below the waist—trousers, jeans, skirts, shorts, leggings… whatever that category is for you. Today, we’ll also explore how clutter contributes to something called decision fatigue, and why simplifying your wardrobe can actually boost your energy and focus.
