Chakra EFT Tapping Course

On this seven day journey, you will be using the powerful healing modality of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to heal, unblock and balance your chakras. Each day you will tap on a different chakra and for each of the 7 days, I have included hz music associated to that chakra for an added extra benefit. You will learn how to do EFT tapping, you will learn all about the seven chakras and heal your energy system.

Lección 1: Orientation

In this audio, you will learn what to expect on this course, all about the chakras, what is EFT Tapping and how to do it.

Lección 2: Day 1 | Root Chakra

In this lesson, you will begin your 7 day healing journey. You will learn about the Root Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a journal prompt at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 396hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Root Chakra.

Lección 3: Day 2 | Sacral Chakra

In this lesson, you will learn about the Sacral Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a journal prompt at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 417hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Sacral Chakra.

Lección 4: Day 3 | Solar Plexus

In this lesson, you will learn about the Solar Plexus, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a journal prompt at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 528hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Solar Plexus.

Lección 5: Day 4 | Heart Chakra

In this lesson, you will learn about the Heart Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a journal prompt at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 639hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Heart Chakra.

Lección 6: Day 5 | Throat Chakra

In this lesson, you will learn about the Throat Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a journal prompt at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 741hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Throat Chakra.

Lección 7: Day 6 | Third Eye Chakra

In this lesson, you will learn about the Third Eye Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a short meditation at the end to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 852hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Third Eye Chakra.

Lección 8: Day 7 | Crown Chakra

In this final lesson, you will learn about the Crown Chakra, do an EFT Tapping to heal it and there will be a a final journal prompt to inspire you - so please have your journals ready. There is an added benefit of 963hz solfeggio frequency which is related to the Crown Chakra.

Thank you for introducing me to EFT and connecting them to chakras. My favourite was the throat chakra. My heart and throat chakra centres can get out of balanced and I blended essential oils that I have for those chakras with the tapping
