Welcome to this affirmation meditation for overcoming procrastination.
Usually when we find ourselves procrastinating,
It can be because of a few reasons.
Perhaps the task at hand is boring,
But it could also be because we know that doing the task is going to lead to a bigger responsibility.
For example,
Procrastinating applying for a new job because you might worry you aren't good enough or are fearful of change.
Or maybe you haven't started writing that book yet because you are worried what might happen if you release it and it fails.
Underneath a lot of our procrastination lies our fears of not being good enough or worthy.
Or maybe your why isn't strong enough.
In this meditation,
These affirmations will help you to believe in yourself and the process.
Before we begin,
Please make sure you are comfortable either seated or lying down.
Take a deep breath in.
Fill your lungs,
Hold at the top and exhale.
Release.
We will repeat these affirmations twice through.
Let's begin.
I believe in my abilities.
I find it easy to take action.
I take one small step at a time towards my goal.
I find the fun in the process.
I follow through with ease.
My productivity increases every day.
I feel so much better knowing I am taking action every day.
I am good enough.
I am worthy.
I deserve success.
The world needs what I have to offer.
I set time aside each day to do what's necessary.
I have my own process that works for me.
I feel motivated.
I will feel incredible once I finish this task.
I honor the time I have and use it for good.
I am ready to move forward.
I am productive.
I am ready to start today.
No excuses.
Let's repeat these one more time.
