When you love yourself,
You can love others.
You feel safe in the world.
You feel confident to be your authentic self.
And no matter what anyone says to you,
You always choose to love yourself.
Negative self-talk,
Criticizing yourself and hating who you are will not lead to a happy,
Self-filled life.
It begins by changing the way you speak to yourself.
Would you speak to a child like that?
Or your best friend?
Would you treat them the way you treat yourself?
Take care of your beautiful self.
Be your own best friend and support.
These affirmations will help you to love yourself.

That's okay.
Keep coming back to this every day to increase your self-love.
