Inspired by thought leader Neville Goddard, this visualisation meditation is most effective before sleep. In this meditation, you will visualise a goal or desire you wish to manifest, then create a short movie of it and I will guide you with all the details. All you need to do is lie on your bed, relax and let your imagination do its job.

As the day has come to a close,

Perhaps it was a busy stressful day,

Or maybe you felt bored.

However,

You have arrived is perfect.

Before we begin,

Please make sure to clarify a goal or desire in mind that you would like to happen in your life.

It could be anything,

From better health,

To financial abundance,

A new job,

Or a new love,

As long as it feels good to you.

It feels not too far away that your thoughts don't overwhelm you with limiting beliefs.

I'll give you some time to think of it now.

In this meditation,

We will start by relaxing our bodies and then using the power of visualization and our imagination to create a beautiful scene before we go to sleep.

Neville Goddard was one of the first thought leaders in this practice and many of his students manifested their desired outcome in months,

Weeks,

And even days of using visualization before sleep.

Even by lying down,

You could even be in bed,

Comfortable and feeling relaxed.

If you do fall asleep during this meditation,

It will still work as your subconscious mind will be able to process this.

Let's start by relaxing the body.

Start at the top of your head,

Releasing and relaxing the muscles in your forehead,

Your eyes,

Relax your jaw,

Tongue,

Moving down to the neck and shoulders,

Allowing them to sink into the surface beneath you.

Down your left arm getting heavier,

Relax all your fingers,

Allow them to let go.

Moving down your right arm,

Sinking into the surface beneath you,

Your fingers getting softer.

Your entire lower back is relaxing,

Your hips and glutes,

Letting go of the tension in your left leg,

Moving down slowly releasing and even relaxing your toes.

Moving to the right leg,

Your thigh and calf relax and now your toes.

Your breath is soft and shallow,

You feel safe and calm.

Bringing your attention to the third eye,

The point between your eyebrows,

Start to visualise an image of yourself with a black background,

An avatar of you,

Your beautiful being,

Wearing your favourite outfit.

The background now starts to fade as you begin to visualise yourself in the scene of your desired outcome.

Where are you?

Take a 360 degree look around,

Taking in all the details.

What can you smell?

What can you touch?

Just like we are watching a favourite movie,

Begin to use your imagination to bring the scene to life,

A two to three minute scene of an outcome that you wish to manifest.

Watch it play out now.

What is happening?

What can you hear?

Most importantly,

How do you feel?

You are here,

This is happening,

Your dream come true,

Your desired outcome.

Is there anyone there?

What are you doing?

Now we have this crystal clear image,

Let's repeat this scene again,

Like we have rewinded a VHS tape and we just have to watch this scene again,

It's your favourite.

Play the scene again,

Paying attention to the details,

What more can you see and feel?

I'll give you some time in silence to re-watch and relive this beautiful scene.

You you you you As the scene comes to a close you hit pause and rewind again You could choose to watch the scene in slow motion I'll speed it up and this time Really feel into the scene with all your senses your smell hearing taste touch sight Turn up the volume the brightness This is you you you you Feeling the best you've ever felt The scene begins to fade to black,

But you know you can always rewind it every single night Adding more or even making another scene With these new feelings that you as the creator have created we can close this meditation Thanking the universe for giving you the gift of imagination When we use it for the good it can change our entire lives.
