This quick visualization meditation will help you align to your future self especially if you are new to visualization.
Find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold at the top and exhale.
Let it go.
In your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself brushing your teeth in the morning.
Start to visualize the place you brush your teeth in.
Notice the details.
See yourself in the mirror.
A mundane routine but this time you are your ideal future self.
How do they hold themselves?
What thoughts do they think in the morning?
How do you talk about yourself?
What if you thought I'm so happy I woke up today.
I'm grateful to have a job to go to.
Come up with three things you are grateful for that you would say to yourself as you brush your teeth.
Moving on to taking a shower.
Visualize yourself there feeling the warm water washing over you.
How are you thinking?
You feel so grateful to have access to warm water to take a shower.
You imagine the water is cleansing and clearing all the toxic energy away leaving you refreshed.
Now we have worked into our visualization we can expand our imagination even more.
Take one goal that you want to manifest in your life.
This could be better health,
A new job,
A new home,
More confidence,
Anything.
Now begin to visualize this scene like you're watching a TV show and you're the main character.
You have the goal that you want.
See yourself in that environment right now.
Where are you?
Who is there?
What sounds can you hear?
What can you smell?
How does your body feel?
What are you doing?
How does your body feel?
Most importantly how does this make you feel?
What emotions are there for you?
How incredible is this?
It's here.
It's happening.
You can feel it.
When you feel it you become it.
The more you feel these emotions the more of them you attract into your life.
The magic begins to happen.
Doors open.
People show up to surprise and delight you.
The universe brings you miracles and you are ready to receive them.
Open your eyes.
Welcome back to the world.
It might look the same but it feels different now.
Come back to this meditation whenever you want to align with your future self.
