In this course, you will have a seven different yoga pracrises - just 10-15 minutes each! There's a mixture of vinyasa and yin yoga, but all with the aim of self love. In each flow, there will be a different positive affirmation used that you reflect on each day and feel more confident, strong and boost your self esteem!


Meet your Teacher

Heather is an experienced 200 hr Yoga Instructor based in Manchester, UK and has taught hundreds of students in person and thousands of students worldwide with her videos. She is also an EFT Tapping Practitioner, actor and presenter - and is really excited to have created this 7 Day Challenge for you to tap into self love!
