In this powerful affirmation meditation, you will let go and release anything that is no longer serving you. Full Moons are a time for us to harvest the seeds of our intentions, but to do so, we must let go of our expectations and attachments, and this meditation will allow you to do and you'll feel calm, grounded and relaxed afterwards.

Welcome to this full moon affirmation meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable position and let's begin.

And when you feel ready you can begin to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

One more time deep breath in and exhale.

Allow the muscles in your body to relax,

Getting heavier,

Letting go of any tension you are holding on to.

You are present,

You are safe,

You are grounded.

These affirmations focus around the themes of the full moon.

Letting go,

Forgiveness,

Gratitude and celebration.

I'll say the affirmation out loud,

Give you space to repeat it after me in your mind or out loud.

There will be a few minutes of silence after the affirmations so you can tune into your own guidance and listen to your own inner voice.

Let's begin.

I am letting go of anything that no longer serves me.

I release fear,

Doubt or worry.

I let go of my past limiting beliefs.

I release anything holding me back.

I let go of how and when it's all going to unfold.

I let go of trying so hard to make it happen.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others so I can be free.

I forgive the mistakes I've made.

I trust I am on the right path.

Everything is working out for me.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for the gift of health.

I am grateful for my dreams coming true.

I am grateful to have woken up today.

I am grateful for the love and support of those around me.

I am grateful for the love and support of the universe.

I am worthy of celebrating right now.

My life is a celebration.

I give myself permission to celebrate and have fun.

I give myself permission to be happy now.

I trust in the unfolding of my life.

I am blessed and bountiful.

Thank you universe.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

Release along with these affirmations.

For the next few minutes you can reflect on gratitude and celebration and if you find your mind wandering that's completely normal.

Do not judge yourself.

Just come back to your breath.

Over the next few days keep your mind and heart open to the blessings the universe has in store for you.

They may be big,

They may be small,

But remember to be grateful for whatever you receive.
