Welcome to this EFT guided meditation for gratitude.
EFT or emotional freedom technique is a great,
Easy and effective tool to use to help you clear limiting beliefs,
Become the person you've always wanted to be and generally reduce stress and anxiety.
I have found it life changing and I wish to share it with you.
This meditation will be split into two parts.
The first part we will tap on the karate chop point which is the fleshy part on the side of your dominant hand who you would make contact with if you were actually doing a karate chop.
So maybe just feel it now.
That's it.
As you tap on the karate chop point I will say statements out loud and then I'll leave you space to repeat them out loud as well.
The second part we will move on to tapping on more acupressure points.
We start from the top of the head and then to the inner eyebrow,
The side of the eye,
Underneath the eye,
Underneath the nose,
The chin,
The fleshy part on your collarbone,
Underneath the armpit where your browline would be and that is it.
After you've tapped underneath your armpit we go back to the top of the head and repeat it all over again.
But don't worry,
I will guide you through the tapping point.
I will say the statements.
All you need to do is follow along and repeat.
You've got this.
Let's begin by tapping the karate chop point on the side of your hand so when you feel that fleshy part you can begin to tap.
And you will continue tapping and repeating the statements that I say out loud after me.
Let's go.
Even though I feel like I don't have enough.
I'm not doing enough.
I still love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I compare myself to what others have and this makes me feel bad.
I still love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I don't feel very grateful.
I work so hard.
I try so hard.
I give my all.
Yet I feel like the universe doesn't care.
Where are my manifestations?
Sometimes I feel impatient.
I've waited so long for what I want.
And I thought I would be further along by now.
And even though I feel this way.
I still love and accept myself anyway.
Release that.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold the top.
And exhale.
Just take a moment to notice how you feel.
Maybe you've got some tingling sensations.
You might be yawning a lot.
That is completely normal.
Or maybe even feeling a bit emotional.
Everything is okay.
That was just the starting point with the karate chop and now we will be moving through the sequence,
The top of the hair,
The eyebrow,
All those good things but don't worry I will be guiding you through this.
So let's begin at the top of the head.
Start to tap on the top of the head.
And just repeat after me.
Today I choose to be grateful.
Move to the inner eyebrow.
It's so easy to forget how much I have.
Start to tap on the side of the eye.
I have plenty to be grateful for.
Tapping underneath the eye.
And I just need to focus on that today.
Move to tapping under the nose.
I am grateful to have woken up today.
Start tapping the chin.
I am grateful for all my senses.
Tapping the collarbone.
I am able to see the beautiful sky.
Move underneath the armpit and start tapping.
I can hear my own voice saying these words.
And back to the top of the head and let's go again to start tapping top of the head.
I can smell fresh flowers and my favourite scents.
Inner eyebrow.
I can touch and hold a loved one.
Side of the eye.
I can taste my favourite food.
Under the eye.
I can breathe fresh air.
Under the nose.
And that makes me feel really good.
Chin.
I have plenty of clothes to choose from.
Collarbone.
As I look around the space I'm in I see plenty to be grateful for.
Under the armpit.
I am grateful for the device I'm listening to this on.
Top of the head.
I'm grateful for the ones that I love and who love me.
Inner eyebrow.
I am grateful to have everything I need to survive.
Side of the eye.
I have food and water.
Under eye.
I have a roof over my head.
Under nose.
I have a bed to sleep in.
Chin.
I have another day to enjoy.
Collarbone.
In fact,
I can list three things I am grateful for.
I will leave you space to do this.
Under armpit.
I am grateful for.
Top of the head.
I am also grateful for.
Inner eyebrow.
I am also super grateful for.
Side of the eye.
Gratitude makes me feel so good.
Under eye.
It gives me perspective.
Under nose.
I have just been focusing on the black.
Chin.
And sometimes,
That's the easy thing to do.
Collarbone.
It's easy to compare and think the grass is greener on the other side.
Under armpit.
But my grass is beautiful too.
Top of the head.
And today I choose to water my own grass.
Inner eyebrow.
To focus on what makes me feel good.
Side of the eye.
And to express gratitude whenever I can.
Under eye.
Whether that's saying thank you for a service I received today.
Under nose.
Or telling a loved one how much I appreciate them.
Chin.
Or reminding myself how lucky I am.
Collarbone.
I am focusing on gratitude today.
Under armpit.
I lock this into my subconscious mind.
Top of the head.
And so it is.
Thank you universe.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale.
Release.
Let it all go.
And just like we did before,
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
What sensations are happening in your body,
In your mind.
Everything is allowed with EFT.
And just know what you've done today is going to make a significant impact on your mental,
Physical,
Spiritual and emotional health.
The miracles are already happening.
Also make sure to drink plenty of water after this meditation as it is acupressure which is like a massage so make sure that you are getting hydrated and focusing on how lucky you are,
How grateful you are today and just feeling good.
I am so proud of you.
Thank you for joining me in this EFT guided meditation and I hope to practice again with you soon.
