Lesson 1

Orientation Audio

In this lesson, you will learn more about where the 7 Feminine Archetypes came from and what to expect on our seven day journey together. I will also share how using archetypes has helped me transform.

Day 1 - The Maiden

In this EFT Tapping audio, you will learn about The Maiden archetype and then do a tapping to embody her energy and wisdom. There will be a journal prompt at the end of the tapping, so please make sure to have your journal close by.

Day 2 - The Mother

In this EFT Tapping audio, you will learn about The Mother archetype and then do a tapping to embody her energy and wisdom. There will be a journal prompt at the end of the tapping, so please make sure to have your journal close by.

Day 3 - The Sage

In this EFT Tapping audio, you will learn about The Sage archetype and then do a tapping to embody her energy and wisdom. There will be a journal prompt at the end of the tapping, so please make sure to have your journal close by.

Day 4 - The Queen

In this EFT Tapping audio, you will learn about The Queen archetype and then do a tapping to embody her energy and wisdom. There will be a journal prompt at the end of the tapping, so please make sure to have your journal close by.

Absolutely wonderful course. I love the integration of tapping with the explanation of the archetypes. And the discussion of the shadow aspects of each archetype as well as their positive side helped me to understand them better.
