I can see this as being super helpful. As I was tapping in lesson three and thinking about the overwhelming problem I was grappling with, tears started to TRY to hit me. But with the physicality of the tapping, my tears couldn’t form and fall and instead I felt release from their trying to build up. Truly a gift. Thank you Alice I will circle back here often.

I'm very much a process person and because emotions are so messy and oftentimes hard process I found these tangible processes to provide a structure to process. I can see them being useful in many situations. Thank you so much for sharing them
