Angie is a long-time Buddhist practitioner with Triratna Buddhist community. She has over 40 years of experience in meditation, mindfulness, movement, and creative expression. She is a certified Breathworks mindfulness teacher for adults and a trained Mindful Schools teacher for children. With a background in movement, she’s also a qualified BWY yoga teacher and has trained in Qigong with Nick Loffree.
