Sarah is an artist who has created these musical and lyrical guided meditations in the hope that they encourage self-compassion. Since the creation of these meditations in 2019-2021, Sarah has taken a step back to deepen her learning and professional training through mindfulness meditation certification, and training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)- a therapy model designed to address the psychobiological effects of complex trauma (C-PTSD), early developmental trauma, attachment, and relational trauma. Sarah is also on her path towards MFT psychotherapy licensure.
