Today,
On wholehearted,
Giving and receiving.
Dear one,
Welcome.
Breathe.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat and allow your eyes to close.
Notice your breath.
Notice your inhale.
Notice your exhale.
Notice the equilibrium in your breath.
Like an ocean flowing in balance and harmony,
Notice how your breath flows.
Your inhale and your exhale.
Mirroring the ebb and flow of nature like an ocean wave,
There is harmony.
Beloved,
Notice that the cycle of your precious breath mirrors the giving and receiving in life.
In your inhale,
Notice life giving you oxygen and nourishment.
In your exhale,
Notice your giving back to life.
Notice the cycle continue,
Your inhale and your exhale.
One cannot flow without the other,
The cycle of your breath.
Sometimes in life,
We may find ourselves depleted.
We may find ourselves overwhelmed in stress,
In a cycle of pushing and pulling that we find doesn't serve our highest good and our highest possibility.
There are times that we may feel impacted to realize that we've been giving and giving,
Extending our energy without replenishing ourselves,
Without allowing ourselves to receive.
There are times when we may realize that we have created disconnection and distance within ourselves or between ourselves and others because we have been withholding what is there for us to acknowledge,
To share,
And to give.
In these times,
I have noticed in myself a question that arises of how my soul would have me live.
I recognize that my soul would have me live in harmony.
My soul would have me live with ease in a way that nourishes,
Sustains,
And reflects the ebb and flow in nature,
In a way that reflects the gentle power and ease of the breath of the inhale and the exhale.
Dear one,
Breathe.
It's been said that the universe operates in cycles similar to our breath of inhaling and exhaling,
Of giving and receiving.
When we only give or only receive,
We become out of rhythm with our natural wellbeing.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe.
Dear one,
Isn't it a miracle that at the top of our inhale,
Our body knows how to naturally exhale,
That at the bottom of our exhale,
Our inhale naturally follows?
What if our intuition and our soul also knows how to give and receive in harmony and in balance?
I invite you to place one hand on your heart.
Feel the rising and falling of your chest,
Your breath.
Feel the peace of your heart,
The place that is in rest.
Feel the love present in your heart,
A love to guide you in giving and receiving,
A love to be your guide.
What is it that your heart would have you here that will support you in living in rhythm with the harmony of your breath,
In the harmony of inhaling and exhaling,
In giving and receiving?
I invite you to thank your heart,
And may you live in harmony and with ease.
