Yeshe Rabgye is a Buddhist Monk. Originally from England, he now lives in Ashoka Buddhist Temple, Khuda Ali Sher, Northern India, where he teaches Buddhism and meditation classes to people of all ages. By practicing meditation we are able to tame the mind, release tension, build compassion, patience and generosity, analyze teachings or simply just stay present in the moment. Pleasantly surprised this worked. I am on the middle of a chronic pain flare and this helped turn the volume off that pain way down to the point I feel like I can do more than barely exist today. This is despite my having aphantasia (so the visualization wasn't the primary help here).

My takeaway: surprisingly effective to imagine reshaping the pointed edges, my circle didn't get smaller and didn't change colors since I see in black and white with eyes shut and lack imagination...but the full headache I've had all day is finally gone. I also did a tonglen exercise so it's a lesson in transformation for me today.
