Oh wow, That was spot on. It came up in my feed this morning as a wonderful surprise and perfect meditation for me. I’m experiencing extreme grief at the moment and have decided to ride the wave and go with it vs. fighting it. The visualizations I got from this meditation or magically calming. and a beautiful path towards self compassion. Following!
