In this course we'll explore how to use curiosity and creativity as a way to dive deep into your physical pain, discomfort and dis-ease. We'll be using meditation and guided visualization. energy sketching, conscious creative expression, writing and conversations with your soul to arrive at insights and actions you can take to anchor into your experience and shift it. This course isn't an alternative to care from your chosen provider but rather a supplement to the care you're receiving that brings in your own inner wisdom.

In this lesson we dive into how to curious in the entire process outlines in this course. I talk about the senses, memory and imagination as well how to zoom in and zoom out in curiosity. This lesson is an important opening to the process we are about to go on <3

Your Body As A Portal ~ A Guided Visualization Into Pain
In this lesson you will be guided through a meditation and guide visualization experience into the place of your body where you feel pain. discomfort or dis-ease. We'll be using that part of the body as portal into an environment. Sit back or lay back and get ready to close your eyes, have a journal handy to write down anything that comes up afterward.

Expression, A Tool For Inner Wisdom ~An Energy Sketching Technique
In this lesson I will be introducing Energy Sketching. Energy Sketching is a wonderful technique you can use at any time to begin to open the door to creative expression. You will be walked through an energy sketch of your environment from the previous meditation.

The Inner Space Of Pain ~ A Guided Visualization
In this lesson I'll be guiding you back into the environment of pain. discomfort and dis-ease to explore some more. This time we won't be using the body as a portal but rather going directly into that area of pain, discomfort or dis-ease. Sit down, lay back and get ready to close your eyes <3

In this lesson, I explore how to use Conscious Creative Expression with your environment, inspiring you with different ways to jump into Conscious Creative Expression. In this lesson, I will guide you through a meditation and visualization back into your environment of pain, discomfort and dis-ease in order to open your imagination to how this environment might shift for you and to feel into this shifted environment. Great course to explore pain and what surrounds it in creative ways. Pain loses some of its sting, and there are things we can do to take self care, learn and grow.
