From Self-Doubt To Awareness

This meditation is adapted from a stand-alone to create a foundation of strength and awareness from which you can build a sense of self-trust and self-love. In order to cultivate awareness, we will use visualization and reflection as well as a meditation to set the stage for the rest of this journey.

From Imposter Syndrome To Trusting That You Deserve Success
Day 2: Learn to celebrate!

There are times that we don't allow success, but there are also times that we allow it, then feel we'll be found out if anyone looks closely enough. We think we are always "faking it" and never "making it." The truth is that every small and large success should be celebrated fully, and by learning to celebrate, we learn to understand our worth.
Lektion 3
From Self-Doubt To Self-Trust
Day 3: The best teacher and guide is within you. Today, we will pose a simple question that will help us to trust we are moving forward in the right direction. Today's session includes a meditation focused on tapping our sense of self-trust. This will lead to a journaling exercise that will allow you to further investigate the process of knowing your next best step.

Finding Our Way To Flourish
Day 4: On Flourishing

In our final session, we'll examine what flourishing means to us, specifically. What are the feelings we want to cultivate in our lives? Have a notebook ready for this session.
