In this short, 2-day course, which can be repeated as often as needed, we will look at how to compost difficult experiences and emotions to become the hero(ine)s of our journeys. We will begin by discussing how both physical and emotional pains can be teachers and, while never pleasant, offer us a certain strength that we can tap. As we move forward, we'll examine extreme emotions, such as anger, jealousy, and worry, and work to compost those emotions so that we can find true and sustainable growth.
