This course incorporates writing, mindfulness, and reframing techniques alongside yogic and qigong-based energy practices. With this whole-body approach, we will explore how to be more authentic and clear about who we are and how to "show up" where we are so that we can move forward. We will begin by addressing indecision and difficult decisions with more self-trust and grace. We will examine any areas of stagnancy in our relationships, working life, or creative output honestly so that we can begin to move forward. This is an excellent course if you feel a bit lost or stagnant. Commit to yourself fully by listening to each lesson carefully and making space in your life to try gentle exercises.
