Through guided breathing exercises, you’ll learn how to anchor yourself in the present moment, let go of tension, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Reflective Questions: How did focusing on your breath affect your mind and body during the session? Did you notice any tension or stress ease as you exhaled? How might you use this breathing technique during moments of anxiety or stress in your daily life?

In this session, you’ll practice a body scan meditation to release physical tension and connect with the sensations in your body.
