In this 2-day course, you'll learn: how to stand in alignment for maximum comfort & with minimal effort; general anatomy of the calves and feet; what causes cramping, plantar fasciitis, and bunions; how the calves play a role in foot pain; how to strengthen your arches; and ultimately, that the body works harder when it's out of alignment. Through massage and movement techniques, expect to decrease inflammation and pressure, while increasing circulation and comfort. This course offers invaluable information on how to age gracefully in your feet.

General Foot Care
Learn general anatomy of the feet and calves, and the causes of cramping. Practice standing poorly, then with true alignment, stretch the calves, make space in the toes, and receive key take-aways on foot care.
Lektion 2
Plantar Fasciitis & Bunion Care
Today focuses on the anatomy, and causes of plantar fasciitis, and bunions. Practice massaging the arches and plantar fascia, then strengthen and stretch the feet and calves. Ultimately, you'll learn how to prevent these foot concerns, and find relief.
