Explore MeditationScott Langston is an international educator and counsellor, originally from the UK, with over 25 years of experience across all K-12 age groups and in seven different countries. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, in addition to his Masters Degrees in Philosophy and in Psychology. He holds FMBPsS - a full member of the British Psychological Society. He has also completed Leiden University's 'De-Mystifying Mindfulness' course, which provided a detailed look at cutting edge research in the field. He's also a dad and a husband, currently living and working in Romania. Scott has a website offering further services.
