Meet your Teacher

Scott Langston is an international educator and counselor, originally from the UK, with over 25 years of experience across all K-12 age groups and in seven different countries. He has specifically taught Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 4, Grade 5, MYP Humanities, MYP Drama, DP Geography, and TOK, and has been both an MYP Coordinator and a Headteacher. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, in addition to his Masters Degrees in Philosophy and Psychology. He is a graduate of Leiden University's 'De-Mystifying Mindfulness' program, has been a teacher on Insight Timer for several years now, and has amassed a small following of almost 10,000 :). One of his tracks has been listened to over half a million times. He's also a dad and a husband.
