This is a slightly longer version of something I produced a year or so ago. It's been played a lot on Insight Timer, and by far the most common request in comments was for a longer version. The purpose of this track was to be a very brief meditation to check in during the day, let go, and Simply Be. The first was under two minutes long. This one runs for 4.17 and so for those who wanted a little more, whilst still having the short 'do-able' mindfulness reminder during a busy day, I hope that this is helpful.
