Take a moment to stop doing and to simply be.

Take a moment to stop thinking and to simply be.

Take a moment to stop worrying and simply be.

Take a moment to stop planning and simply be.

Be with your breath.

Be with your body.

Be with this moment.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it and release your breath,

Releasing with it the tension you feel in your body.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold and release the tension accumulating in your body.

Take a moment in silence and awareness to simply be.
