Judith has been a meditation guide since 2000, and a published author of six wellness-related books, as well as a self-published historic fiction novel, called Strong Sweet Tea. Coming from an extensive background in public health nursing, Judith now enjoys her second career as a writer and wellness facilitator of self-care wellness retreats including self-care Reiki and meditation, and regularly volunteers as a meditation guide at Hospice Care Ottawa, Canada, and in her condo village community. All of her books are available on line, as well as through her publisher, Tim Gordon, Burnstown Publishing, Ontario, Canada.
