You'll learn a tool you can use to shift from this sort of stress whenever you need to.

In this lesson, we'll address an all-too-common stressor, the underlying fear of not being good enough. This state is so common, it runs like an underscoring track without stop beneath the surface all the time. We will learn to understand this stressor better, and then try a mind-centered approach to reducing its impact.
