In this class, Femke explains how gratefulness can help us to overcome unpleasant feelings and emotions. She also explains how meditation can help to cultivate feelings of gratefulness. Femke then guides you in a meditation and gratefulness practice.

Day 4 Being more and more self-gentle
In this class, Femke explains how you can continue with the insights of this course and start living with more self-gentleness. She also explains how you can use the bonus tracks with the 2 minute tools for self-gentleness (which you can find in day 5, 6 and 7)

Bonus Track: Tuning In
This is a 2 minute tool to tune in with yourself. Practice this at least once a day for 30 days and notice the shift you'll make towards a more self-gentle life.

Bonus track: Evening Practice
This is a 2 minute tool to use when you are in bed, ready to go to sleep. It will help you to leave the day behind and to prepare yourself for a more lighthearted and self-gentle morning tomorrow.

Bonus track: Morning Practice
This is a 2 minute tool to use when you just wake up (and are still in bed). It will help you to wake up with self-gentleness, which will guide you into your day. Try to practice this for 30 days in a row, and see what happens with your perspective on how to be with yourself.
