Good morning dear friend.

Let's take a few moments to get our mind ready for the day.

You can sit upright with your back supported.

Relax your face,

Your mouth,

Your shoulders.

Now gently close your eyes.

Breathe.

Bring your attention to your breath flowing in and flowing out.

If you find it hard to focus,

You can bring your attention to your nostrils.

And while you keep bringing your attention to your breath flowing in and out,

You can relax your face.

Good morning dear friend.

I hope you had a good night's sleep.

Know that last night brought replenishment for your body and your soul.

The thoughts you went to sleep with,

They dissolved during their sleep.

And you have a choice now.

You can pick it up right where you left it yesterday.

Or you can decide to bring your attention to your breath flowing in and out.

In and out.

And you will notice that your day can start way better than you thought.

Becoming aware of our worries is fine.

And the moment that you are aware,

Simply bring your attention to your breath flowing in and out.

Simply bring your attention to your breath flowing in and out.

The morning is a perfect day to start this practice,

Because you set yourself up for success.

Just after your sleep,

It's easier to let go of whatever thoughts are bugging you.

So by meditating first in the morning and bringing your attention to your breath,

You set yourself up to let go of the worries.

And let me give you this thought for today.

If you teach yourself to be present in the here and now,

Where everything is okay,

You will never have to worry anymore about the future,

Because the future will become now.

Bring your attention back to the breath flowing in and out.

If you allow yourself to be present in the here and now,

You will be able to focus on your breath.

If you allow yourself every morning a few moments to sit and to focus on your breath,

You will improve how you feel pretty fast.

Do it for 30 days in a row,

And you will notice a significant difference.

My dear friend,

Pleasant,

Easy and gentle day.

It's November 6 2024, post election anxiety. It was the right voice and maybe the right content but not enough to encourage this listener to "live in the moment" because right now the moment and future looks horrible.
