This meditation technique can support you to go very easily into a deep meditation, and to possibly experience a more transcendence state of being. This type of practice can also be supportive to release (old) stress, and to discover the 'self'. This guided meditation uses the bija mantra So Hum, which means 'I am'. It is, however, the listening to the sound of the mantra that will take you deep. You will be guided into and out of the meditation, and most of the meditation offers silence.
