This course is especially helpful if you are a high achiever who feels exhausted by overthinking, pressured by expectations, or unsure of what to trust inside yourself. It may be less suitable if you are looking for performance techniques or confidence strategies, as the emphasis here is on insight, not effort. The teachings are rooted in lived experience of self-doubt, the many years spent trying to fix it and what changed with the realisation that confidence is not created. It is uncovered when we stop giving authority to the noise in our minds. As you move through the sessions, you may notice more lightness in your decision-making, more ease in your body, and more space between you and the inner critic.
