I did feel a shift. I also became more aware of how I hold trauma and how it does manifest into aches and pains in the body. Only yesterday this was discussed at my pain appointment how things we hold from before turn into pain. Thank you 🌺

That was such a useful practice, and definitely not an easy one. It brought up a lot of emotions for me, especially on the question of how would my life change if I trusted that everything is unfolding perfectly. Even typing it makes me feel anxiety. I also felt feelings of relaxation, and expansion, understanding how differently it feels in my body when I am resisting and when I am allowing. I am grateful for all the insights that came with listening to this practice, thank you for connecting in such a grounding way with our hearts.
