Hello lovelies,
I'm back again with a list of self-reflective questions for you.
This time the topic is self-reflective questions to help uncover and challenge any possible limiting beliefs that you may hold for yourself.
Subconscious mind,
For the most part,
Runs the show.
It's the basis or the filter through which we make our decisions and experience our lives.
And it's wonderful and helpful in many ways,
But in one way that it's not so helpful is that autopilot feature can kind of run some scripts in the background that we aren't even aware of anymore.
And sometimes this would explain when you maybe overreact to something or go into a tailspin about something and you can't quite figure out why am I doing this?
Why am I acting this way?
It very well could be that there's just some subconscious belief stuck in there from childhood and you're not even aware of it.
So if you're not aware of it then you can't change it and you feel like you're being dragged along rather than self-empowered.
So my dear friend,
I'm going to act like we're sitting at the kitchen table and I'm asking you some of the hard questions as a friend over tea.
You can take these questions in just by listening to them or I highly recommend getting a notebook and a pen and journaling over any of the questions that really kind of trigger any kind of response in you.
We're looking for resistance.
So that is the place where the gold mine rests is when you feel any resistance whether it be a physical sensation of resistance by hearing some of these phrases or questions or of course emotional resistance.
If I say a phrase and there's lots of negative chatter that pops up in your mind,
This is a revealing moment for you to recognize that go gently but do go back and look a little deeper,
Dig a little deeper in these areas where you felt some sort of reaction or resistance.
Go with love my friends,
Always kindness to yourself and always with just curious observation about what could be going on here.
So if you're ready to go,
Have a seat,
Take a nice breath,
Fill your lungs,
Expand and open up,
Let your body settle into your space just for a moment,
Feel your body sitting in the chair,
Feel the pen in your hand if you have your journal.
If you want to you can close your eyes.
I'm going to say 20 questions and I will repeat each question twice.
Feel free to pause the recording to allow some more space or time in each question if that feels right for you or just listen to all of them and return to any specifics at a later time.
Okay so are you ready?
Here we go.
