Self-observation and inner reflection have always been extraordinarily captivating to Julie, so it's not at all surprising that the roles she has played in life have been ones of support and guidance to others in seeking their paths, resulting now in achieving her official credential as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a career which she loves. If you spend time in any of Julie's offerings, you will notice the elements of playfulness and curiosity will always be present. She often reminds students that they are the experts of their life experience and that she is there to offer 'the flashlight' as they explore within, through education, inspiration, support, and compassion.

Thank you for this course. I thoroughly enjoyed and although I was already aware of the links it was a great reminder. Regarding the effects of words, I always notice that the word heart is mentioned I feel an instant spike of anxiety/adrenaline in my chest. Might this indicate some sort of heart blockage?
