Lesson 1
At The Threshold - Beginning The Wheel
This course introduction is a gentle reorientation — an invitation to step out of linear time and into the cyclical wisdom of the Celtic year. Long before life was measured in productivity and constant availability, the seasons shaped how people understood growth, rest, action, and release. Nothing was expected to bloom all year long.
We explore the Celtic Wheel of the Year as a living rhythm rather than a rigid calendar. You’ll be invited to consider how your own emotional, physical, and spiritual life moves in seasons — and how exhaustion, endings, and renewal are not signs of failure, but natural phases of becoming. “The sacred Gaelic chant(s) used in this recording are with the permission of Céile Dé, an esoteric Celtic path of spiritual awakening.”
The words of the Fonn/ Chant used in this lesson is calle A Dhia Beannaigh An Ceheim: Oh God, bless every step
That I am taking
And bless the ground
Beneath my feet.

Lesson 2
Samhain Crossing The Threshold - Honouring Endings
Samhain marks the Celtic New Year and the turning of the year into the dark half of the year. Traditionally held at the threshold between autumn and winter, it is a time of endings, remembrance, and deep listening. The veil between worlds was said to thin, inviting reflection on what has passed and what is ready to be released.
In this lesson, we explore Samhain not as something to fear, but as an honest and sacred pause. You are invited to honour what has completed its cycle in your own life and to enter the dark with steadiness rather than resistance.
This is where the Wheel begins — not with growth, but with truth. The words of this Fonn called Tabhair Dhom Ita are:
Oh God...
Give me the inextinguishable spiritual thirst
Of the Saints

Lesson 3
Imbolc The First Stirring - Hope Beneath The Soil
Imbolc marks the subtle turning toward light, when winter has not yet loosened its grip, but something beneath the surface begins to stir. In the Celtic tradition, this festival honours Brigid, keeper of the hearth and guardian of new beginnings. In this lesson, we explore the quiet energy of becoming — the tender phase where ideas, healing, and longing are still hidden but unmistakably alive. You are invited to notice what is gently awakening within you, and to protect it with patience, warmth, and trust. The Fonn is called Duisg, Mo Chridhe, and the words are: In Peace...
Awaken, my heart.
In essence (wisdom)
Awaken, My heart.
In Truth,
Awaken, my heart

Lesson 4
Ostara (Spring Equinox) Balance - Choosing What To Nurture
At the Spring Equinox, light and dark stand in equal measure. Ostara is a threshold moment in the Celtic Wheel — a pause between what has been released and what is ready to grow. In this lesson, we reflect on balance not as perfection, but as a conscious choice. Where is your energy flowing? What deserves your care, and what can gently fall away? You are invited to realign with what truly wants to be nurtured in this next phase of becoming. This time the Fonn is called Their Na Bannag, and the words are: Peace of God be with you.
Hey, the Gift,
Ho the Gift,
Hey the Gift
On the Living.

Lesson 5
Bealtaine – Sacred Fire - Joy As Medicine
Bealtaine celebrates the rising vitality of late spring, when life is vivid, fertile, and fully awake. Traditionally marked with fire and blessing, this festival honours the life force that moves through land, body, and spirit alike. In this lesson, we explore sacred fire not as burnout or excess, but as warmth, connection, and creative aliveness. You are invited to reconnect with joy as a form of medicine — something that nourishes, enlivens, and restores you to your natural vitality. The Fonn in this lesson is called Gun Tigeadh, Solas Nan Solas, and the words are: Come light of lights to my heart.

Lesson 6
Litha (Summer Solstice) Full Light - Receiving Abundance
Litha marks the longest day of the year, when light is at its fullest, and the earth stands in radiant expression. In the Celtic Wheel, this is a moment of illumination — a time to recognise what has grown, what is flourishing, and what is already enough. In this lesson, we explore the practice of receiving: allowing joy, beauty, and abundance to be felt without grasping or striving. Through reflection and meditation, you are invited to rest in the fullness of light, honouring what is present before the Wheel gently begins to turn again. This Fonn Agus Mar a Tha ...Moladh Do Dhia is simply a joyful and deep Gaelic way of saying Amen, nay it be so, acceptance, gratitude, and bliss...

Lesson 7
Lughnasadh First Harvest - Honouring Effort
Lughnasadh is the first harvest festival, a time to gather what has ripened through care and commitment. Traditionally associated with skill, craft, and devotion to the land, it invites an honest reckoning: what has come to fruition, and what has not? In this lesson, we honour effort without harsh judgment, recognising both the gifts and the limits of our labour. You are guided to meet your own harvest with gratitude, humility, and truth.

Lesson 8
Mabon (Autumn Equinox) Second Harvest - The Wisdom Of Enough
Mabon arrives as light and dark stand once more in equal measure. The harvest deepens, and the year begins to turn inward. This is a season of integration — gathering wisdom, expressing gratitude, and gently releasing what is complete. In this lesson, we reflect on balance not as symmetry, but as conscious alignment with what truly sustains us. You are invited to honour both fullness and letting go as sacred movements within the same cycle. The Fonn here is A Dhia, Beannaigh an Cheim, and the words are:
O God, bless every step that I am taking
And bless the ground beneath my feet.

Lesson 9
The Turning Wheel – Living In Rhythm
The final lesson returns us to the whole. The Turning Wheel invites you to step back and see the larger pattern — how each season, light and dark alike, has shaped your inner landscape. This closing session reflects on cyclical living as an ongoing spiritual practice, one that continues beyond the structure of the course. You are encouraged to carry the wisdom of the Wheel into your everyday life, trusting the seasons within you as they continue to unfold.
