Thanks for this session and your Pathways to Peace course. Impatience is an area of struggle for me. Bringing awareness to my triggers is helping. Visiting friends in the city and getting stuck in traffic and at stoplights, after coming from home and having little traffic and no stoplights, is a major one. Thank you 🙏

Acceptance has been a transformative experience for me. I struggled with grief for a loved one who died, but when I learned to accept and embrace that grief, I was transformed. For I came to understand that one doesn’t grieve if you haven’t loved, and the more you love the more you grieve. By embracing and accepting grief, now only love remains.
