I am sitting outside and enjoying and savouring a much-needed "pause" during the current (June 2026) UK heatwave. This particular teacher is a true gift from the Source / Universe. Her tracks, at least to me, always seem to strike a chord; it's one of the few times my heart, mind, soul and spirit are in true harmony. And, for that, I am truly, truly thankful. I am further thankful, too, for all of the high quality tracks and resources Ms. Rowley continues to generously share with us all via Insight Timer. I am indebted to her. This guided meditation from Annemaree is one of my very favorites. Poetic wisdom delivered with a lovely pace and beauty. It reminds me of how personal and intimate my attention is when I’m able to attune it to the Now. Like a gently flowing river. Such a gift. Om Shanti. 🙏
