Create a space of calm. Dim the lights, soften your surroundings, and let quiet embrace you. Allow your body to sink gently into your place of rest, supported by whatever helps you to let go. Close your eyes and invite a sense of ease, as though time is slowly dissolving behind you. Take a few deep, unhurried breaths. Feel the natural rise and fall of your chest, the quiet expansion of your lungs as you breathe in, and with each exhale, sense a softening — a gentle release — as tension floats away. Allow my voice to be the lantern that lights the way to pure serenity, and let the imagery, breath, and quiet words wash over you. Thoughts may drift in; let them pass by, each time returning to your breath. Trust in the natural unfolding of rest. With each moment, let sleep arrive naturally, carrying your mind and body into deep, restorative calm. This practice is an offering of peace, presence, and gentle surrender. Pic: Lera Li. Pexels.
